Produced by Amazon Studios, Cricket Australia and Whooshka Media, The Test Season Two showed an intimate side to the Australian test team in their efforts to be the best in the world in the face of dramatic leadership changes. Viewers were given a fly-on-the-wall insight as players invited them into their lives both on and off the field.
PR Campaign
Stamping Ground was appointed to manage national PR coverage for two press events in Adelaide and Sydney, where the media were given access to the test players as well as the documentary directors, Adrian Brown and Sheldon Wynne.
Stamping Ground also developed and managed the 600-strong guest list of sporting stars, industry leaders and national public figures for the world premiere screening in Sydney on January 9, four days before the documentary’s release on Prime Video.
The PR campaign generated over 2,500 pieces of coverage nationwide with an estimated cumulative audience reach of over 64,500,000 and an advertising value equivalency of more than $4 million.
