Australian Grand Prix 2022 Glamour on the Grid

Glamour on the Grid is the exclusive opening party for the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix, giving invited guests the rare opportunity to walk along Pit Lane and through the Paddock, before the world’s best drivers move in for the four-day event which is broadcast across the world. There’s no doubt the recent documentary Drive to Survive has ignited passion and interest in Formula 1, meaning Glamour on the Grid is now one of the hottest and most sought out tickets in town.

Dubbed “the new Brownlow” and “Melbourne’s sporting answer to the Met Gala”, Glamour on the Grid launched the 2023 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne in glittering style, with a who’s who of Australia’s sporting, entertainment and business worlds, on March 29.

This was the second year Stamping Ground managed the PR campaign for Glamour on the Grid, enlisting ambassadors, developing media opportunities in the lead-up to the event, accrediting and managing media for red carpet arrivals, and checking in all guests entering the Albert Park circuit.

Stamping Ground also developed and managed RSVPs and communication to the exclusive guest list of more than 700 people, including key stakeholders of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.

Extensive media coverage was generated, on 10 News, 9News, 7News, Studio 10, Today Show, KIIS FM, ABC Radio, Nova, MMM Breakfast and MMM Rush Hour.
